Also, the Spokane International Film Festival started yesterday and runs through the February 7th. I urge you to check out the films this year. It’s a testament to festival organizers to bring award-winning films from Afghanistan to Uruguay, and some premiering in the United States for the first time. Go HERE to view their calendar. In addition to the downtown AMC, films will show at The Magic Lantern and the Garland, a great opportunity to support our local independent cinemas.

As always, check out my Councilman calendar for updates on my current activities.
